I'm doing a few things on this site, I'm trying to make it somewhat more fun and interactive. Secondly, I'm trying to get around to my Lenten book "review", and now I am putting a word out there for my friend, Christie.

Christie's pretty cool, and I know her through my interactions with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. She is going on a missions trip this summer to Sierra Leone, a small African nation north of Liberia, and South and West of Guinea. She will be heading up a new out-reach team supported through both the Evangelical Fellowship of Sierra Leone, and WorldVenture. I don't know to much, and I cannot offer her much since I don't pay with anything other than money. I'm not soliciting you for funds, don't worry!

However, I'm on her weekly prayer request list, and I might be posting those requests up here starting sometime in June when her trip begins.
